The "Seepferdchen" holiday home in Börgerende can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in a quiet area.

The house spans two floors and is located just about a 10-minute walk from the natural beach. Spanning 66 m², the house features a combined living and dining area with a fireplace, an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a guest bathroom, and two bedrooms. The furnished, west-facing terrace with a view of the greenery invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. Enjoy a relaxing holiday on the terrace or cosying up by the fireplace.

The open-concept living and dining area is equipped with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio with a CD player. In addition, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available for checking email or doing research. The Wi-Fi is not suitable for streaming films. The cosy dining area is perfect for shared meals or game nights. The fireplace provides cosy warmth and comfort, especially during the cooler months. From the living area, you have access to the sun-drenched terrace.

The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and hand mixer round out the kitchen amenities. A small freezer is available in the upper bedroom for use as needed.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a closet for your clothes. The second bedroom is accessible via a staircase on the upper floor. Here you’ll find a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 180 cm). A TV, a chest of drawers, and roller blinds for privacy are also provided. A high chair and a cot are available for young guests. Additionally, the upper floor features a guest bathroom with a sink and mirror, as well as an area with a chest of drawers and a sleeper sofa (120 x 190 cm).

The naturally lit bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink with a lighted mirror, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. The entire ground floor features tile flooring with underfloor heating; the bedrooms on the upper floor have laminate flooring. The holiday home is a non-smoking property; pets are allowed.

You can conveniently park your cars in the two parking spaces in front of the house.

The holiday home is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential complex behind the campground in Börgerende. The town centre of Bad Doberan is just a few kilometres away and invites you to stroll and relax with its boutiques, restaurants, and cafés.
