Holiday Apartment 08 in Villa Möwe is a 24 m² one-room basement apartment that accommodates up to 2 people. It is part of the “Perlenkette” chain of lodging facilities and has long offered comfortable holiday apartments in a prime location right next to the Grandhotel Heiligendamm.

This 24 m² basement holiday apartment lets you forget all the stress of everyday life. In this luxurious holiday apartment, a cosy atmosphere and high-quality amenities are a top priority. The one-room holiday apartment, facing west, is located in the basement of Villa Möwe and offers plenty of space for up to two people to enjoy a fantastic holiday on the Baltic Sea—the beach is just about 50 metres away. The apartment is divided into a living area with a combined kitchen area and a double sofa bed, as well as a separate bathroom with a shower. You can enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace.

The brightly designed living area of the holiday apartment is fully equipped with a built-in kitchen featuring a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Of course, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle are also provided for your convenience.

For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The tiled bathroom features a shower and a toilet.
The apartment has laminate flooring. Underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth in all living areas.

As a special perk, as a resident of one of the “Perlenkette” apartments, you can book Grand Hotel services—such as breakfast, the spa, or the kids’ club—directly at the Grand Hotel by reservation.

Since the “Perlenkette” in Heiligendamm is constantly evolving, construction activities on the neighbouring property or in the immediate vicinity may cause some disruption. This has already been taken into account in the pricing of the rental terms.
