Holiday Apartment No. 14 in the “Strandstraße 16” holiday complex is a 2-room holiday apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

You enter the ground-floor holiday rental via the terrace. It’s a small, practical two-room holiday rental measuring about 39 m². The apartment is divided into a cosy living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. The south-facing terrace promises plenty of sunshine. Be sure to enjoy a trip to the beach during your holiday. It’s only about 750 metres to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.

The living area also serves as the entryway, since you have direct access to the holiday rental via the terrace. Here you’ll find an armchair and a comfortable sleeper sofa. For entertainment, there’s also a flat-screen TV, a Grundig Bluetooth speaker with digital radio, and a selection of books.

The kitchenette integrated into the living area is well-equipped and includes, among other things, 2 hobs, a mini-oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a DeLonghi Nespresso capsule machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Directly across from it is the dining table with seating for three.

In the bedroom, you can relax in the double bed. A travel cot with a mattress is available here for younger guests. The large closet offers plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. You’ll find blackout curtains by the window.

The en suite bathroom features a toilet, a shower, and a comfortable sink with a large mirror. The entire apartment has tile flooring, with the exception of the bedroom, which has carpet.

Bicycles can be stored in a bike storage room in the underground car park.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the building’s common areas and can be used for a fee. There is a seating area in the entrance hall of Building 1. Here you can use the free Wi-Fi.

The Strandstraße 16 apartment building is located in the centre of Kühlungsborn Ost. This holiday complex was built in the tradition of seaside resort architecture. The property features well-maintained green spaces and a courtyard with a reading nook. In the main building, guests can use free Wi-Fi in the entryway, which includes a seating area. A common room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is also available in the main building.

Each holiday apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
