Holiday Apartment No. 120 at Meeresblick is a two-room apartment measuring approximately 45 m².

The apartment is furnished with a double bed with two mattresses (80 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), accommodating up to 4 people (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium). Curtains are provided for blackout purposes.

The kitchenette integrated into the living room includes a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster round out the kitchen’s amenities.

Amenities also include two TVs, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi access (subject to change). The holiday rental naturally also features a tiled shower room/bathroom with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror.

Laminate flooring has been installed in all other rooms. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.

The holiday rental includes a parking space in the underground garage (max. height 1.50 m, max. weight 2,000 kg). Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to guests in the building’s communal basement for a fee. An lift takes you from the underground car park to the ground floor, where your holiday apartment is located.

The Meeresblick building, in Kühlungsborn West, is located directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium with real plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weight limits:
