Villa Bergsmåla is located in complete seclusion near Ronneby in southern Sweden and offers a rare combination of privacy, nature and comfort. Just about 40 metres from Ljusterhövden, this property is ideal for a peaceful retreat.

The house offers around 260 square metres of living space across two floors and accommodates up to eight guests. Its hillside position creates a bright and open living atmosphere that blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape. Four bedrooms, one bathroom and an additional guest toilet provide ample space for families or groups.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, creating a cosy and inviting space. Large windows and the terrace offer beautiful views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer ensure a comfortable stay.

A highlight is the outdoor area with a terrace overlooking the lake, a large garden with fire pit and barbecue, and a separate sauna house with wood stove and lake view. A rowing boat and canoe are available for exploring the water.

The surrounding area is defined by forests and nature, perfect for hiking, relaxing and fishing. One dog is welcome at Villa Bergsmåla, so you can enjoy your stay together with your pet.

Villa Bergsmåla is a non-smoking property. A maximum of one dog is welcome. Final cleaning is included. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. A security deposit of 300 euros is required. Electricity is included.
