Look forward to a charming holiday home in a quiet location, surrounded by nature and with plenty of space for spending time together. Bright rooms, a functional kitchen and cosy living areas create a relaxed, uncomplicated atmosphere. The house consists of two separate units and therefore offers flexibility and privacy.



Outside, a fenced garden with seating, table, benches and barbecue is ideal for socialising in the countryside. Surrounded by deciduous trees, you can enjoy peace, nature and plenty of space to relax.



Located in Sövde, you are on the edge of the Snogeholms nature reserve between two lakes. Hiking trails, including the Skåneleden, invite you to go on excursions here. Boats and canoes can be hired and, with a bit of luck, you may spot roe deer, stags and numerous birds. Ystad with its long sandy beaches and attractions such as Tosselilla and the zoo are also within easy reach.
