This 6-bed apartment is located in a relatively central part of Northeim. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and the train station are all within a few minutes’ walk. The A7 highway is less than a 5-minute drive away.

The apartment is equipped with a height-adjustable desk for working. An outdoor terrace with a charcoal grill is available at the on-site car park for pleasant evenings.

The apartment was renovated in 2026. The building is set back about 20 metres from the high street in a quiet residential area. Thanks to the renewed and professionally installed insulation in the attic and throughout the building, it remains very comfortable inside even when it’s hot outside. New triple-glazed windows contribute to a quiet and well-climate-controlled living environment.

A 250 Mbit/s internet connection with Wi-Fi is available free of charge for your digital entertainment.

A private parking space is available right in front of the house entrance during your stay.
