Enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV, video on demand, washing machine, fan, coffee maker, high chair, and crib. You’ll also find local fruit and an outdoor shower for your comfort.
Step out into the private garden, two open terraces, and a covered terrace with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. There’s a private outdoor pool for total relaxation. A barbecue and private grill area are available for outdoor meals.
There are 12 shared parking spaces on the premises. One small pet is allowed. Smoking and events are permitted upon request. You have access to a shared space for bike storage, billiards, and table tennis for your entertainment.
The villa is surrounded by nature and tranquility, just 100 meters from the beach, 45 km from Barcelona, and 40 km from Girona. It features a wood-fired oven and is set in a private environment, ideal for families or groups of friends. Groups under 25 years old are not accepted.
