Welcome to our cosy holiday home with a patio and a small garden.
The property has a parking space right next to the house and is located in a quiet area that’s still conveniently accessible. It’s just a few minutes away from the B9, the A48, and Koblenz’s historic city centre. Attractions such as the Deutsches Eck, Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, Schängelbrunnen, the Rhine, and the Moselle are all within easy reach.
Our house is an ideal starting point for holidays, business trips, and short city getaways, as well as for longer stays.

A bathroom with underfloor heating for cosy warmth. A large floor-to-ceiling glass shower with a rain showerhead, as well as a bathtub, ensure a sense of well-being.

Bedroom with a large double bed and “Emma” mattresses—top-rated in tests (0.9 m and 1.2 m wide)—for superior sleeping comfort. The larger half of the bed is equipped with an electric adjustment mechanism for individually customisable comfort.

The house is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for party guests.

The apartment is available for the tenants’ exclusive use.
Only a few cabinets, a storage room, and the garden shed are reserved for the owner and are locked.

Check-in times: 15:00 - 22:00
Check-out time: 11:00

Contactless check-in is possible via an electronic door lock with an access code.
The code automatically expires after the check-out time.

To ensure the well-being of our guests and the cleanliness of the apartment, a paid mid-stay cleaning every two weeks is mandatory for stays of 14 days or longer.
