Great hiking and cycling trails right outside your doorstep, offering a beautiful view of the Bavarian Forest and, when visibility is good, even the Alps.

This house is located in one of the most attractive areas of Hengersberg, perched on a small hill at the end of a cul-de-sac. It offers a cozy living room with a spacious terrace, a fully equipped kitchen-living area, and panoramic views with complete privacy.

Hengersberg is one of the oldest market towns in Bavaria and is considered the gateway to the Bavarian Forest. Ideally situated along the A3 motorway, it offers extensive infrastructure with a Mediterranean-style market square, charming cafés, supermarkets, and a well-known wave outdoor swimming pool. Within 20 minutes you can reach the Rusel (golf course, hiking routes), and in about 30 minutes the National Park. A short walk takes you to a supermarket and a bakery.

Einzigartige Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe am Ende einer Sackgasse mit schönem Rundumblick. Ideal gelegen an der A3 mit kurzen Verbindungen in den Bayerischen Wald und zu schönen Städten wie Passau und Deggendorf. Hengersberg ist ein quirliger Ort mit guter Infrastruktur und hohem Freizeitwert.
