The former 17th-century bakehouse has been completely renovated and modernized to the highest standards—everything from the technology to the furnishings is new. On the ground floor, you will find an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Upstairs awaits a charming bedroom with a private workspace and an additional small WC. The private kitchen is fully equipped, including an espresso machine and a washing machine. The house is step-free and has its own entrance near the main house.

Parking is available on site. Please note: Events, barbecuing, and open fires are not permitted on the protected property. The area by the house is reserved exclusively for you. There is video surveillance on the property, but private areas of the house are not affected.
Your hosts live on the premises but not in the booked house. The unique bakehouse is surrounded by other historic buildings from the early 17th century. Please note: Mobile reception in this rural region is currently moderate, and there is no fiber optic connection yet. The charming town of Lingen is 10 km away, offering shopping, markets, theaters, several cinemas, and a diverse dining and pub scene. Cycling is possible in the area, and beautiful excursion destinations are easily reached by car.
