The apartment consists of two rooms: a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed of the same size. Ideal for two, suitable for up to four people. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth even in winter.

The compact kitchenette is well-equipped—with a ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, electric kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils. Tea towels are provided. Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine are available.

Parking is available directly in front of the house, and bicycles can be stored safely under a covered area. The Ahnatal–Weimar train station is about 600 metres away; the nearest highway on-ramp towards Kassel is about 12 km away.
There is an organic supermarket right in the building, and a bakery, Aldi, and Edeka are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Protestant church in Weimar is located to the right behind the apartment, and you can see the beautiful church tower from the outdoor area.

The outdoor area with a terrace is currently still under construction, but seating is already available for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Kassel (city centre) is only 12 km away and easily accessible by regional tram or train. Here you can visit, among other things, the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, the Hercules statue with its unique cascade shows (illuminated water features in Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe from May 1 through October 3), or Wilhelmshöhe Palace.
