Our condo features 3 bedrooms (Queen,Full and 2 twin bed) and a fold out sofa, 2 full bathrooms with a walk in shower in the master bedroom, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen with accessories, washer and dryer, WIFI, four internet TV's, along with cable in the family room, gas grill on the front deck, along with one of the best views overlooking the little lake and 9th tee box. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants and Ski Apache.

This is our 3rd year going to Ruidoso (adults only) for Presidents weekend. We have stayed in hotels in the past. This condo was in the perfect location, perfect size for what we needed, and everything we had hoped for! We will definitely plan on staying here next year!

Another Wonderful Vacation at Innsbrook

This is our second stay at this property at the Innsbrook. It did not disappoint once again! Beautiful views of the lake and golf course, which is literally just a short distance from the front porch! It’s so peaceful and tranquil and surrounded by the beautiful pines!!! God’s Country

First let me say that Innsbrook is absolutely beautiful! Also, the condo was in a perfect location! Views of the little lake and waterfalls were so nice and were right out the front porch along with the golf course which was really pretty! The condo is really well kept and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend staying here! It’s a little piece of heaven! 😊

I'm from Wichita Falls, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University in 86 and Southwestern Oklahoma School of Pharmacy in 89. Then I moved to Cleburne, Texas and have raised wonderful 3 children. I am a Sam's Club pharmacist and practice through out the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Why they chose this property

Our family has owned this condo and it has been pasted down through the years. It has great sentimental value and a great many memories have been made here through the years...We have spent Christmas's here, summers and it is where me and my children learned to snow ski.....The condo is a part of our family's history and holds a special place in our hearts. We have been so very blessed to have it and wish to share that opportunity with others.

What makes this property unique

While I can tell you about the usual benefits of the condo like 3 bedroom, 2 bath (walk in shower)....etc... It truly is the warmth and cozy feeling I get when staying here. No matter what season it is, our condo, has just brought out the best in good times with friends and relatives. Waking up on a crisp morning and breathing the fresh mountain air just makes you smile and give thanks. The good times while playing a round of golf, grilling outside on the deck, an invigorating day of snow skiing/boarding, shopping, dinner or just staying in watching a movie or playing games......you will be making memories that last a lifetime!
