Type of building: Multiple-family dwelling. This is a fabulous holiday apartment with an incomparable panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and across endless pine forests, as far as Fritzow Lake. The apartment is on the Polish coast in Dziwnówek in a dream location there is scarcely a better place to relax.
The holiday apartment with 77m² of living space is on the tenth/eleventh floor of the house and invites you to relax. The upper floor has a living room with modern and comfortable furniture and a fully-equipped kitchen with very modern kitchen appliances. The continuous panoramic window front is a special feature. The living room opens onto the 15m² roof terrace. The lower floor has a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), and a childrens room with a bed (140 x 200cm). There is also a sofa bed in the living room (ca. 100 x 200cm).
On the east side, the apartment has a roofed balcony and a roof terrace, with sun loungers inviting you to relax. You can gaze out from your private loggia over the sea and the beach, listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea breeze.
Attention: During the whole year you can expect disturbances from the neighboring construction site. Please inform yourself before booking with us about the current state.
In the apartment there is a highchair and during high season the restaurant is open in the foyer.
The sandy beach at Dziwnowek starts right by the house, only the dune separates the house and the beach. You cant get much closer than this!
