The spacious Waldkauz apartment in the "Alte Scheune" offers 90 m² for up to 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, a double bed on a gallery, 1 bathroom, and an extra toilet. The apartment features step-free access inside and a private balcony. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, video-on-demand, a workspace, and, on request, a high chair and baby cot. All essentials for a relaxing stay are provided. A washing machine is available for all apartments in the utility room. In the garden, you can share a seating area, barbecue, climbing tower with slide and sandbox, hammocks, and a large trampoline. A tourist tax is charged per guest and night from age 8.

The old farmhouse, a traditional three-sided farmstead with stable, barn, and house, has existed for at least 200 years and is clearly visible on the 1837 Prussian survey map. The ensemble is a listed monument. Three-sided farmsteads are typical for Rügen. The "Old Barn" was rebuilt true to the original, using traditional methods and modern standards.



In the "Old Barn," you will find plenty of nature, shared outdoor areas with playground, barbecue, large trampoline, bike storage with e-bike charging, garden with local herbs and fruit, as well as toys and books for children. An 11 kW charging station for electric cars is available in the private parking area. Dogs are only allowed in the "Laubfrosch" apartment. The property is 3 km from a beautiful natural beach.
