The fenced, sloped property of the 60 sqm apartment with a large covered terrace is located on the outskirts of town and offers direct access to the forest through the garden. Free public parking is available in front of the house. Shops and public transport are within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the basement level and can be reached via a few stairs from the street through a separate entrance.



Free Wi-Fi and a LAN connection are available.



The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (dishwasher tabs included), fridge with freezer, stove, oven, blender, hand blender, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired.



The stove is fitted with child safety protection.



Basic supplies such as salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, spices, kitchen paper, as well as coffee, coffee whitener, various teas, sugar, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil are also provided.



The bedroom features a smart TV and a 160x200 cm double bed. The living room offers a pull-out sofa bed (140x200 cm).
