This well-maintained and family-friendly 3-room holiday apartment in the Sierksdorf Holiday Park is located on the 3rd floor of the low-rise buildings in the second row from the beach. With approximately 47 m² of space, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people on the Baltic Sea. The exceptionally beautiful ocean view and the location near the beach in particular create a genuine holiday feeling the moment you arrive.

The apartment features an open-concept living room with an integrated kitchen and a practical fold-down bed, a separate bedroom, and an additional dressing room with a built-in closet, which offers extra storage space and comfort.

The bright living area features a cosy sofa area, a dining area, and direct access to the furnished balcony. Large windows create a welcoming atmosphere and let in plenty of natural light. From the balcony, you can enjoy the sweeping view of the Baltic Sea and spend relaxing hours breathing in the fresh sea air; an awning provides extra sun protection.

The open-concept kitchen is practical and comfortably equipped. In addition to a ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave, you’ll also find a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, and a good selection of kitchenware. The integrated dining area seamlessly combines cooking together with cosy get-togethers.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) with roller shades for privacy. The living area also features a practical fold-down bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), which can be stowed away during the day to save space and provides a comfortable sleeping option for additional guests at night. Blinds are also available here to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The bathroom is fully equipped and features a shower, toilet, and sink. A washing machine and dryer are available in the complex for shared use for a fee.

The holiday rental is located just about 100 m from the beach and about 150 m from the sea. Restaurants are just about 300 m away, and shopping options are about 2 km away. Within the complex, there are various recreational options such as table tennis, foosball, and family-friendly outdoor areas.

Wi-Fi is included. A private parking space is also included with the apartment. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price and can either be brought along or rented for a fee. This holiday rental is a non-smoking apartment.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
