The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a well-thought-out layout that’s ideal for couples, small families, or cycling tourists. Thanks to the bedroom and balcony facing the back of the house, you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere here—despite the excellent transport connections.

The balcony: an oasis of well-being. The highlight is the 10 m² south-facing balcony. Furnished with a table and three garden chairs, you can relax here and enjoy the view of the greenery towards the wildlife park, located about 1.5 km away.

Sleeping & Living: In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. The cosy living room, featuring a large flat-screen TV and a high-quality sleeper sofa, is perfect for relaxing evenings.

Cooking & Dining: The large, beautiful kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. From the modern dining area to the dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave, everything you need for self-catering is provided.
