The entryway features a small hallway and a coat closet that offers plenty of space for jackets and shoes.
Two separate bedrooms offer peace and privacy. The spacious living area flows seamlessly into the adjoining sunroom, creating a bright, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen and, thanks to its seating area, is perfect for dining together. A large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet rounds out the modern floor plan. A washing machine and an electric clothes dryer are also available.
