Location très propre. Très bien située : prés de la plage, et surtout de tous les commerces. Calme. L'ensemble de l'immeuble a besoin d'être rénové car par exemple il y a beaucoup de stores bannes déchirés, en très mauvais état ce qui donne une impression extérieure d'entretien négligé de la part des coopropriétaires; heureusement, notre propriétaire que nous avons rencontrée, très sympathique a fait le nécessaire pour son appartement. Nous y retournerons certainement

ottima posizione e bella terrazza

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione dell'appartamento, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ed a poche centinaia di metri dal centro del paese. L appartamento è in buono stato di manutenzione; dal terrazzo si sente il rumore del mare. Diamant è un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare l Isola.

L'appartement correspond exactement à la description sur le site. tout est en parfait état de marche. Les photos sont très représentatives du lieu de vie et des environs. Appartement propre; coin cuisine nécessite un rafraichissement de la peinture. La propriétaire accueille fort bien les locataires et fournit de bons conseils. Des vacanciers se contentant d'un séjour plage n'ont que quelques dizaines de mètres à faire. Pour tout autre but, voiture indispensable. Pas de problème de parking. Le WIFI permanent dans l'appartement est très apprécié. Au départ du Diamant, de nombreuses visites sont possibles : musées, plages, distilleries, sites touristiques... Oui je recommanderai à un ami cette location.
