Large, magnificent villa ideally located in Le Lavandou, a stone's throw from Jean Blanc beach and a 5-minute walk from Aiguebelle beach. The house enjoys incredible sea views over the islands of Levant, Bagaud and Port-cros and is south-facing.

200 m2 of living space on 3 levels.

On the terrace level, it comprises: an entrance hall, a bedroom, a shower room, a separate wc, a lounge/dining room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a large bedroom with bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin, wc). All the rooms have access to the terrace and all have sea views.

At pool level, it comprises: 3 bedrooms opening directly onto the teak terrace, 2 shower rooms with wc.

On the "tower" bedroom level: a totally independent bedroom with a toilet, 1 washbasin and a very pretty terrace with sea views.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms

The different levels are linked by an outside staircase

The house is absolutely beautiful. Extremely well equipped, set in beautiful gardens, with the most spectacular views imaginable. Well set out bedrooms and bathrooms, living and dining areas, large patios, extremely well equipped kitchen with an additional double BBQ external area, and an exquisite swimming pool. Fun for all ages with the pool, table football, and pétanque area. Most importantly a three minute walk down to one of the prettiest beaches you can imagine. We had three generations of family with eleven people. We have travelled much of the world, but everyone rated this as one of the best holiday homes ever. Also the proprietor, Nathalie, was always available and extremely responsive. None of us wanted to leave, and we would all love to return.

Fabulous property

We spent four days at this home in Le lavandou with children and grandchildren. It was the perfect spot for our visit to this area along the French Mediterranean coast. The kitchen was the best appointed we've had in our years of staying in vacation rental homes. We had everything we needed for cooking in and enjoying dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea. The beds were comfortable, and with six bedrooms over three levels we all had some space when we wished. The heated pool was a hit with our grandchildren and the beach a short walk. Nathalie was helpful and answered our few questions promptly. We will definitely return.

Parfait pour passer de très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'emplacement est parfait, tant la proximité de la mer (belle petite plage de sable avec une eau merveilleusement claire et propre) que la vue de rêve depuis la grande terrasse. La maison et le jardin sont très soignés et bien équipés. Cependant, la maison est trop petite pour 12 adultes, nous envisagerions 10 adultes au maximum. La propriétaire s'occupe personnellement de ses clients et est très attentionnée. Grâce à ses nombreuses recommandations (restaurants, boulangerie...) nous avons pu savourer la cuisine provençale dans une ambiance très chaleureuse. Merci encore, chère Madame Hutter !

Magnifique maison, impeccable, très bien équipée. Vue à couper le souffle, et proche accès à une plage splendide, qui fait oublier le bruit de la route en contrebas. Mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée, idéale en juin et la collection de succulentes et de cactus dans le jardin. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle. La vue est époustouflante, on ne s'en lasse pas. Très beau jardin bien entretenu, piscine agréable. Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer une semaine de vacances dans une magnifique villa. Tout était parfait. La cuisine est très bien agencée, la maison décorée avec goût et tout était très propre. La propriétaire est très sympathique et répond rapidement à vos questions. Elle est à votre disposition et vous conseille également sur les activités dans la région, les commerces à fréquenter ou les restaurants dans lesquels aller manger. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. C'est un endroit d'exception pour passer de bons moments entre amis.

Wenn man mit 4 Personen im Haupthaus ( 2 Schlafzimmer) wohnt ist die Ausstattung und der Standart dem Preis angemessen. Die Zimmer im Nebengebaüde 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer entsprechen nicht dem Nivou vom Haupthaus und würde eine Renovierung gut tun. Blick von der Terrase sehr schön aufs Meer. Nur ein Haus für Menschen die Lärm von der angrenzenden Hauptstrasse nicht stört. In dem Gebiet giebt es für den verlangten Preis weitaus bessere Lagen und Ausstattungen.

Schönes Haus, toller Blick!

Wir waren glücklich und sehr zufrieden in diesem Haus. Alles funktionierte tadellos. Die neue Küche ist ein Hit. Und die Vermieter waren stets hilfsbereit, wenn's Nachfragen gab. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz - über die Straße und die Treppen runter. Natürlich hört man die Autos und Motorräder hin und wieder deutlich. Aber dafür liegt man windgeschützt in einem schönen Garten. Und die hauseigene Boule-Bahn verdient ein Sonderlob! Gerne wieder - vielleicht nächstes Jahr...

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances sur la corniche d'or et dans cette superbe maison. Cuisine refaite (très grande et très jolie) Nouveaux mobiliers (très confortables) Petit déjeuner, déjeuner les yeux plongés dans l'eau (une très belle vue de la grande terrasse) La piscine très appréciable et bien décorée (petits carreaux bleus). Le jardin est bien garni en arbustes et fleurs. Des vignes sont plantées prés de la piscine qui montent ensuite sur une pergola ce qui donne de l'ombre magnifique et idéal pour prendre l'apéro...(astucieux) Une maison ou on s'y sent bien, nous vous la recommandons vivement. En plus les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse alors venez découvrir cet endroit magique. Bien cordialement
