Located in Campagnola di Zevio, just a few kilometers south of Verona, this 450 sqm guest house accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom.



This option features a spacious double room with the possibility of an extra bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The room is on the ground floor and is fully accessible. The property is shared with the owner. Guests under 18 are not permitted.



A fully equipped shared kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, and complimentary capsules is available. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, fan, and air conditioning in the room, as well as a shared living room with TV. Shared washing machine and dryer are available on request. Underfloor heating is adjustable via thermostat (from November 1 to April 15).



An airport shuttle and train station shuttle (up to 4 seats) are available for an extra fee.



Outdoors, you can relax in the shared garden, use the communal outdoor pool, and enjoy the shared barbecue.



You will have access to a shared on-site parking space and a communal bike storage area. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Audio and video recording devices are present in non-private common areas.
