The 130-square-meter vacation apartment features 3 double bedrooms with roller blinds and curtains, 3 bathrooms, 3 Wi-Fi-enabled TVs, a large breakfast room with a Wi-Fi-enabled TV, a sunroom, and a lovely barbecue area with a grill and a fire pit. The common room has a foosball table and a beverage refrigerator. On the terrace, there is a bistro table with two chairs for each room. All tourist attractions are located within a radius of about 20 kilometers. The supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. Everything you need for daily life is available in town: a doctor, dentist, pharmacy, gas station, retirement home, pub, restaurant, beverage store, bakery, butcher, supermarket, natural swimming area, and much more.

Thank you very much for your booking! To ensure everyone feels comfortable, please observe the following rules:

🕒 Check-in: 2:00–6:00 p.m. (earlier or later arrival by arrangement only)
🔑 Upon request, we’ll leave the key in the safe at the entrance.
🚪 Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. at the latest; please insert your respective
🔑 room keys into the door lock

🎯Check-in and check-out are generally contactless. Unless guests request a personal greeting. The keys are placed in a small safe outside the front door. We’ll send you the code one day before check-in.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
🎯 Foosball: available daily from 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

🎊 Unfortunately, you cannot host parties here.

🧹 Please note:
– Please clean the common areas, kitchen, sunroom, and grill area immediately after use.
Please leave the
accommodation clean and tidy everything up just as you found it; otherwise, we’ll unfortunately have to charge a cleaning fee/flat-rate gratuities of 50 €

👫Please do not bring any additional guests who are not included in your reservation

🪟Please close all doors when leaving the house (including the door to the sunroom); please also always close the door to the breakfast room so as not to disturb other guests.

🚧Please do not enter private rooms

🖼Decorations, furniture, fixtures, or plants/flowers must not be altered, removed, or moved (indoors or outdoors)

📺Please do not remove remote controls from the rooms

🛴 Please do not bring balance bikes, scooters, or strollers into the building.

👞 Please leave shoes and umbrellas at the entrance.

🪣 Please dispose of trash in trash bags in the designated trash cans outside the front door (please place diapers and dog waste bags immediately in the trash)

🛠️ Please report any damage you cause

🚬 Please do not smoke anywhere in the building or in front of the entrances or doors.

🐶 Small to medium-sized dogs allowed upon request.
