Just 700 m from El Palmar Beach, the location is ideal for surfing and water sports on the Costa de la Luz. Horse riding trails are nearby. The property includes a private garage, 2 bicycles, and uses renewable energy from solar panels.



House rules: pets are not allowed, smoking and parties or events are prohibited. The living room has a video surveillance system that only activates with the alarm when the house is unoccupied. Tap water is not suitable for drinking; bottled water is recommended.
