A family-friendly house, artistic residence, and recording studio, the main building is crafted mainly from local, natural materials (earth, straw, wood, stone). It centers around a 100-square-meter living area, topped by a large, walkable net.
The fully equipped group kitchen opens onto an 80 m² wooden terrace with panoramic views of the Vercors and direct access to grounds that extend into the forest.
The former vineyard hut beneath the linden tree has been renovated into a mini-loft, featuring a full-height picture window that echoes the main building’s style.
It offers two mezzanines for sleeping, plus an adjoining caravan for extra accommodation depending on your group’s needs.
Located in Die, just 2 km from the town center, the property is steps from the river and close to outdoor activities: tree climbing, canyoning, canoeing, via ferrata, and climbing.
