Cozy Vacation Home "Zum Holzwurm"—Peace, Nature, & Dog-Friendly

Welcome to our lovingly renovated (2023) vacation home in a quiet location in 49696 Dwergte near Cloppenburg. With 70 m² of living space, it features 2 bedrooms (one with a box-spring bed), a cozy living and dining room with an open kitchen, a bright sunroom, and a large terrace for relaxing.
The house is furnished in a warm, rustic style and is fully equipped, including a large TV, washing machine, dryer, and freezer. A large garden with a grill rounds out the amenities.
Located just 100 meters from the edge of the forest and on the outskirts of the Thülsfelder Talsperre recreational area (approx. 5 km)—ideal for hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers. Restaurants and cafes are about 1 km away, and Cloppenburg is 9 km away.
Perfect for families, couples, and dog owners.
Dogs are welcome (35 € per week per dog)
Price: Starting at 400 € per week, including bed linens, towels, and final cleaning.

Die Ferienwohnung zum Holzwurm ist sehr zu empfehlen. ich habe ein Wochenende ohne Partnerin mit unseren Kids und Hund dort verbracht. Super nett unkompliziert empfangen und ganz super eingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist nicht der sauberste und nicht der modernste und nicht der high society place aber wer genau das NICHT will ist im liebevoll rustikalen und total toll hergerichtetem Zum Holzwurm bestens aufgehoben. Ich war von der Geräumigkeit und Ausstattung sehr angetan. Es fehlte mir an nichts und meine "Mängel" sind alters und ausstattungsentsprechend Kleinigkeiten die ich den Betreibern nur nett mitgeteilt habe. So einiges ließe sich vermeiden wenn jeder Gast sich so vorbildlich verhält wie er es von der Unterkunft erwartet und hier geboten bekommt. Von meiner Seite ein riesengroßes Dankeschön, dass wir hier Gäste sein durften. EINE KLARE EMPFEHLUNG.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Kontakt mit Gastgeber immer nett und freundlich. Wenn man was hat wird es schnell geregelt. Mein Kater fühlte sich pudelwohl und war fast nur im Wintergarten. Für Familien sehr schön. Ruhig aber man kann viel unternehmen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder und erkunden weiter die Umgebung.
