The newly built Lev&Bo holiday home, with 70 square metres of living space, is fully insulated and features a large, wraparound wooden porch, combining modern comfort with Scandinavian style.
Enjoy your holiday in the heart of the beautiful Hedasjön Nature Reserve. Just a few metres from the house, the idyllic, newly developed loop trail around the lake begins. By the lake, about 70 metres from the house, there is a dock with a rowing boat and a canoe, which you are welcome to use free of charge. We also provide two bicycles for exploring the wonderful, biodiverse area. At Hedasjön, there is a lovely swimming spot with a swivel grill. The holiday home features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a freezer compartment. The house is equipped with underfloor heating. The living room, with a panoramic window overlooking the lake, features a Contura wood-burning stove for cosy evenings and direct access to the deck.
The spacious, wraparound wooden deck is furnished with a dining area, patio furniture, and sun loungers. Here, depending on the sun’s position, you’ll always find a sunny or shady spot.
The kitchen, bedroom 1, and living room all have direct access to the veranda. Additionally, there is a cosy Fassauna on the wooden deck, which seats two people and offers a view of the garden. We have a parking space in the carport for all guests. If you’re arriving in an electric car, you can charge your car directly at the wall box after activation and for a fee.
We do not charge any additional fees for standard household electricity, cotton bed linens, or towels. You’ll also find cleaning supplies, as well as soap and shower gel, in the house at all times.
