Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die begehrteste Wohnlage von Völkermarkt. Direkt am Drau Stausee. Man kann da rudern, mit dem Boot fahren oder mit dem SUP ins Wasser gehen, der Drau entlang spazieren gehen angeln, Rad fahren,.... Es gibt ein Hafen Restaurant nicht weit vom Haus am See.
Wenn Ihr Unterhaltung wollt gibt es täglich Programm am Klopeinersee. Vom Feuerwerk bis zur Lasershow, Tanz Abende und vieles mehr. Googeln Sie nach der Aktiv Card Südkärnten. Sie bekommen sie gratis von mir.
In Zentrum, neben der Post gibt es 2 Pizzerien, sehr zu empfehlen.
Den Wochenmarkt mit regionalen Produkten gibt es am Mittwoch und Freitag am Vormittag.
