Small 60 sqm Apartment in the Vineyards

We offer a small yet charming basement apartment with everything you need, nestled in the vineyards. There is a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, and a modern bathroom. The apartment features a small kitchen with two stovetops. Parking is available. You can arrive at any time. There is a key safe right at the entrance door.



For arrival: When you turn into "Zur Rosenhecke" street, please take the second street on the right. The house is at the end on the left side.



Check-out is by 10 a.m. After 10 p.m., we kindly ask you to respect our neighbors' quiet hours. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Please handle our property and furnishings with care, and leave the bathroom—especially the toilet area—as you found it. If excessive cleaning beyond the usual is required, additional cleaning fees may apply. Of course, you do not need to clean yourselves; we are happy to take care of that. We wish you a wonderful stay in our beautiful wine region and are always available if you have any questions.

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung in Bad Kreuznach sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und alles war vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Walter ist ein sehr netter und herzlicher Vermieter. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!
