The host is the owner and does not live in the house. The basement (utilities, workshop) is accessible from the main entrance; the host may enter it as needed for maintenance, more frequently in summer for garden watering. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Bed linen change is possible for an extra fee; towels are also changed. Toilet paper is provided. The house is located in Frau Holle Land at the foot of the Meißner, just 7–10 minutes from hiking trails, Nordic walking routes, cross-country ski trails, and ski lifts. The town of Eschwege, with many attractions, restaurants, and leisure activities like swimming in Werratalsee or canoeing on the Werra, is 15 minutes away. Bad Sooden-Allendorf with its spa facilities is 10 minutes away. The nearest train station, Eschwege Niederhone, is about 6 minutes away.
