On-site shared parking for 2 cars is available. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. During your stay, waste sorting is mandatory; bins are located at the property entrance.
The house is set in the quiet countryside of San Brizio, just a short drive from Spoleto’s historic center, which you can reach in about 10-15 minutes by car. You’ll have easy access to iconic sites such as the Duomo and Ponte delle Torri, as well as main roads to explore Valnerina, Fonti del Clitunno, Montefalco, Cascia, Foligno, and Assisi. A short walk lets you admire the ancient Pieve and the remains of San Brizio Castle. The Spoleto-Assisi cycle path runs very close to the area.
