Gîte for 6, private pool, peaceful, near greenway and Ardèche Gorges
Looking for a well-located gîte with great amenities for a comfortable holiday? Villa des Cigales has it all!
Location: The gîte is just minutes from Ruoms, where you’ll find all services and shops. The big plus: direct pedestrian access to the village via a greenway running just below the property, with no overlooking neighbors.
Outdoors: Enjoy a large terrace shaded by a pergola, equipped with a plancha for relaxing or dining. For cooling off, the private pool is secured with a roller cover. There’s also a boules court behind the house in the shade.
100% comfort: Travel light—beds are made for your arrival! The living area has reversible air conditioning.
Discover southern Ardèche and its wonders! The region offers many activities: visit the Ardèche Gorges, Pont d’Arc, and Chauvet 2 Cave. For heritage and architecture lovers: explore charming villages like Labeaume, Balazuc, and Vogüé. Stay active with climbing at Cirque de Gens, hiking on marked trails, and, of course, canoeing down the Ardèche Gorges.
Villa des Cigales is a contemporary single-story house. The fully fenced 700 m² garden is perfect for children to play safely. Inside: living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (140 cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilet.
Garage available for bikes or motorbikes, with washing machine. Electric heating. Baby bed on request.
