Both areas are separate from each other and each has its own living area, kitchen, bathroom and separate entrance. This makes the house especially suitable for families with older children, two couples, friends, multi-generation stays or groups travelling together who still appreciate having their own private retreat.

At the same time, the villa is also very attractive for a couple or two guests who would like to enjoy extra space, peace and comfort. The house has a visible lift/elevator from the street up to the upper house area. However, this lift is not available for guest use during holiday rentals for insurance and safety reasons and may not be used.

Access to the accommodation is therefore only possible via stairs. The house is not barrier-free, not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for guests who cannot climb stairs or who have significant mobility limitations.
