Its proximity to the spa gardens, the pier, the promenade, and the beach makes this apartment an ideal base for a relaxing vacation in Grömitz.

**Living & Well-Being**
The open living area with its integrated living-dining-kitchen is the bright heart of the apartment. The modern kitchen blends seamlessly into the living area and offers everything you need for shared meals during your vacation. An espresso machine rounds out the well-equipped kitchen. Thanks to its corner location, you can enjoy the sun here starting at noon. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a welcoming atmosphere. Pleated blinds and additional curtains provide privacy and sun protection. A TV in the living area keeps you entertained. From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony. There, a patio umbrella is available for relaxing outdoors.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
The vacation rental features two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping spaces. One bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm box-spring bed and its own TV. The second bedroom features a box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and also has a TV. This makes the apartment ideal for couples, families, or vacations with friends.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The modern bathroom with a sauna offers you a pleasant retreat after a day at the beach. Here you can enjoy soothing warmth and moments of relaxation right in your vacation apartment. The sauna enhances the high level of comfort and makes the apartment a great choice for any season.*

With two bedrooms, sleeping arrangements for four, and the provided high chair and crib, the apartment is ideal for families. At the same time, couples and seniors benefit from the quiet, well-thought-out layout and the central location with easy access to everything.

**Services & Extras**
There is an elevator in the building. Your apartment comes with an underground parking space. Please note that the maximum clearance height is 2.10 meters. Inside the apartment, a separate storage room provides additional storage space. You also have access to a private basement storage unit. A washer and dryer are also available for your use. Guests who value allergy-friendly amenities will feel right at home here. The underground garage also features a lockable bike storage room with charging stations for bicycles. A ventilation system and a solar power system are part of the project.

Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

MeerNah Grömitz is located right in the heart of Grömitz. The fine Baltic Sea beach and the promenade are only about 400 meters away. The spa park is also just a short walk away. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and shops are all nearby, making your stay especially convenient. The pier, the marina, the “Grömitzer Welle,” and the Noah’s Ark Zoo offer you plenty of opportunities for a varied and enjoyable vacation.

**Note on the Surroundings**
The MeerNah building is located right next to Seestraße, where additional new, stylish vacation apartments are being built. Due to construction sites in the area, there may be occasional visual or audible disturbances; however, given the apartment’s location in the center of the building, these are likely to be very minimal. Nevertheless, this circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle guests to request a rent reduction.
