Holiday Oasis:

The modern holiday apartment offers plenty of space for up to 6 people across approximately 100 m². Two comfortable bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds ensure restful nights, while the spacious living room—complete with a dining area, smart TV, and entertainment options such as a game console, DVD player, and speakers—invites you to relax and unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen features, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator with a 0-degree zone, and a freezer—ideal for self-catering guests. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, towels, washing machine, and essential toiletries.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace for working from home, a cot, a high chair, board games, books, and numerous family-friendly extras. The private terrace with patio furniture and an electric grill, along with the view of the greenery, ensures even more relaxing holiday moments. Sustainable features such as green electricity, energy-efficient lighting, solar panels, and waste separation round out the modern living concept.
Nohen is located on the Frankfurt am Main–Saarbrücken DB rail line. The DB train stop is only 200 metres away.
The A62 highway is approximately 12 kilometres away. International guests are warmly welcome! We are also happy to communicate in writing in English or other languages.



On-site costs: A 100% prepayment is charged after booking.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Included in the price: Bedding. Towels. Wi-Fi. Final cleaning and all utilities (electricity, water, heating). Additional services & house rules: Pets: Welcome upon request. The surcharge is €10 per night per pet (please pay in cash on site). Non-smoking accommodation: Smoking is permitted only outdoors on the terrace. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival.A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Price per night: 90€ for 2 people per night for stays of 3 nights or more. For each additional person, we charge an extra 25€ per night for stays of 3 nights or more. *For stays of 7 days or more for 2 people: per night: €85. For each additional person, we charge an extra €20 per night **For stays of 14 days or more for 2 people: per night €80. For each additional person, we charge an extra €20 per night.
