The room is located on the ground floor of a renovated 1860 house at La Pinsonnaie with a mobility-adapted bathroom. You also have access to a landscaped garden, private on-site parking, and a bike storage area with electrical outlet for battery charging.

In our 18th-century farmhouse, Annie and Albert’s family home offers two guest rooms where you can stay for a night or as long as you wish.



We are just 4 km from Segré-en-Anjou Bleu. Both carefully decorated rooms are on the ground floor, one of which is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Each has a private bathroom, TV, and free WiFi. Breakfast is served in our 40 m² lounge featuring a traditional Tuffeau stone and brick fireplace.



A library is available for relaxing, as well as a water fountain with hot and cold options.



Our 400 m² landscaped garden, with an outdoor fountain, is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors in summer or meals made with local products, available by reservation. On site: private parking, pétanque court, and fishing.
