Located in L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île, this 95 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms: 2 with bunk beds and 1 with a double bed, plus a bathroom. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. Additional amenities include a private TV, self check-in, and family-friendly features such as 1 cot, 1 private high chair, and shared toys and books for children.



Enjoy the uncovered private terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for family meals. The private outdoor pool offers a relaxing space during your stay, and a private barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. The house is designed for families with children and provides baby essentials: a bathtub, baby food processor, and changing mat.



You have access to a shared parking space on site, as well as street parking. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
