On the spacious 1,800 sqm property, an energy-efficient house of the latest generation with solar technology has been built. Inside, you will find generously designed 2- and 3-room holiday apartments with balconies. The outdoor area offers 700 sqm for relaxation and leisure. Here, you can enjoy a barbecue area with picnic benches, a children's play corner, table tennis, and a covered bicycle shelter. Each apartment has its own free parking space on the property.
