A staircase from the hallway ascends to the open living area, dining space, and kitchen, all with lake views. The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, and TV, while the dining area has ample seating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an induction cooktop with four zones. A guest toilet is also on this floor. The house is heated with underfloor heating. A rowing boat is available for free use, with additional rentals for a canoe and motor. Note that the property is shared with the adjacent Gräshult 1 holiday home and private cabins.
