Hello-We just returned from a week at Villa Veranza. Our group consisted of three families, eleven people including one baby.The communication with Casandra was excellent. She responded to our every request including off property activities, transportation, meals, shopping lists, and many other details.The property was large and the pool was very inviting. Our teens have their own pool, but liked this better. Speaking of pools...the pool table was a big hit. The chefs were fantastic. They were so very accommodating and really elevated our experience. If you can get in, grab your dates...and bring your sunscreen.

The house was so beautiful, we were able to watch the whales from the patio, which was incredible. The beds were extremely comfortable, the food was amazing, and Cassandra was extremely helpful putting together transportation, massages and meals for our group. We were able to take a short walk to the beach, and felt very safe in the area!

Our experience was outstanding. You could not ask for better services. The food that all of the chefs had prepared for us was top notch. The suggestions that they had for breakfast, lunch and dinner were spot on. The housekeeping was also impeccable. Last but not least was our concierge Casandra I can't say enough about her. She was exceptional from decorating, meal planning, transportation and making sure our every need was met day or night.

The property was beautiful in Pedragal. The staff were all amazing. Cassandra - the concierge and property manager was incredibly helpful for all of our needs. The chefs prepared amazing meals and the house was always stocked with what we want. I would like to mention the property has five levels with the main living area and pool in the middle level and lots of stairs. This may be a challenge for some, but even my 80 year old Mom was able to handle it without issue. It was a beautiful location for the 10 of us to celebrate my Mom’s birthday.

We had an amazing time at Villa Veranza. Casandra and the whole staff were wonderful. We scheduled Alex and his band the first night of our stay and loved them so much we had them back a second time. They are a don’t miss. We were 8 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. All the food prepared by chef was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

We had 16 people to this house and loved everything about it! the location to beach and town is great. the views from the pool are amazing and we really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own insuite bathroom which was perfect for our couples trip. the chef and staff were on top of everything we needed and the food was great!

Villa Veranza , like most of the luxury homes in Pedregal, is built on a bluff near to the ocean. It is not uncommon to have multiple levels and steps which are necessary in order to have the spectacular views that this property has to offer. I have reached out to this particular guest asking for any additional input as to how we could improve the quality of the guests stay but I have not heard anything back. Meanwhile we continue to receive very positive reviews from recent guests. Marty and James, 2/16/23 Wow! Thank you for an incredible five days. As you know this has been a trip in the making for a long time. Thank you for your patience and accommodation for our shifting dates and your help in planning. This experience was just wonderful. The house is beautiful and the staff just lovely, helpful, kind and great. Cassandra outdid herself with her prompt communication, attention to detail and consistent checking in. Juan and Guierrlmo were outstanding chefs. They were timely, fast, and just very good at what they do! We are sincerely hoping this will just be the start of our travels to Pedregal and Villa Veranza!!

Birthday Group Getaway

The house is a perfect layout for groups. What sold us was that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The staff was wonderful, they provided everything we needed and were very easy to get a hold of. We had a great time.

Amazing family experience with 14 people. We had a Wonderful and accommodating host(Cassandra). She managed all needs and requests regarding transportation, house meals, activities and any issues that arose. Amazing main floor ocean view with pool, outdoor fire pit and pool table. Cleaning ladies and chefs were game changers…very good food/prep and delivery of groceries. The stairs can be challenging for older people(70)…but it was manageable. Walk to the beach was super easy! Amazing sunsets and whale watching.

Amazing bday getaway

We had such a great time - 7 couples and each had a room w an ocean view and lots and lots of space. We enjoyed the whales putting on a show for us (we went in Feb) and could see them from our pool as well as right off the coast when we walked the 5 minutes down to pedregal, the beautiful private beach. Cant say enough nice things about Cassandra and the chefs(Gillermo and Leo- excuse my horrendous spelling). Food was delicious and every request was fulfilled. We would love to come back again- thank you!

Wife’s 50th Birthday

House was amazing! Very clean and exactly as appeared in the VRBO pictures. Even better than the house was the service staff - our Concierge / Chef / Cleaning went out of their way to make our trip a success. Highly recommend Villa Veranza if you’re headed to Cabo - you won’t be disappointed…. Thank you Casandra and crew!
