This 270 m² holiday home accommodates up to 16 guests, divided between 2 connecting or independent units, each with 134 m² of space. The property features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, and washing machine. For families with young children, a baby bed and high chair are available. The interior is all on one level.
Outside, relax in your private garden, on a private uncovered terrace, or on a shared covered terrace. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals, and a shared ping-pong table adds to the fun.
There are 7 shared parking spaces on site. Please note, events are not permitted. Weekend bookings require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The property is ideally located to explore the region: Marais Poitevin, Vallée des Singes, Pays des 6 Vallées forests, and the stained glass museum in Curzay-sur-Vonne. Many hiking trails and sports activities are also nearby.
Bed linen included. Towels available for an extra fee. Final cleaning must be done by guests or can be requested for an extra fee.
