This holiday accommodation is situated in the side wing of the manor house at Trästad Estate, a farmstead with roots dating back to the 17th century. It enjoys an idyllic setting in a charming cultural landscape featuring red barns, small farmhouses and pastures where cows and horses graze. The living area is open-plan and includes a small kitchen for preparing simple meals, a dining area and comfortable seating for the whole group.



Here you can enjoy a peaceful base from which to explore the surrounding area – perhaps on walks through the woods, picking mushrooms or berries, or on a fishing trip to nearby Lake Vargen, where a rowing boat is available. In about half an hour, you can reach the charming coastal town of Västervik with its beautiful archipelago, as well as Vimmerby, where Astrid Lindgren’s World is an unforgettable destination for families with children.
