Beautiful One bedroom condo available for rental @ Destin Florida. Walk right into white sandy beaches few steps away. Enjoy our open floor plan villas for a great rate! Units provide a queen size bed, bath with garden tub and stand up shower. Family room has a queen size sofa sleeper with flat screen TV. Private balcony with furniture and partial views of the Gulf. Kitchen has a refrigerator, 2 burner smooth top stove, dishwasher and overhead convection oven. We also provide a daily linen exchange upon request.*Free wireless internet provided

The property was really nice. I feel like that the condo we stayed in could use a little updating. The rugs were filthy. Some of the stuff was wore out. It was however clean but the pillows that were on the couch were filthy or just stained and needed to be replaced. But other than that everything else was great

It was a lot smaller than I imagined. Not good for teenagers. Better suited for a family with small children. And bring your own towels and garbage bags.

The building is older and the room could use some updates and a good coat of paint. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. Was sent someone else’s reservation info for dates different than ours. Was not sent room code until 4:30, check-in is 4:00. Check-out info was sent first thing the morning BEFORE we were due to check-out We did enjoy the easy walk to the beach and restaurants

Had everything we needed. Was disappointed that the beach rental company took 2 rows of beachfront up so we had to set up behind them because we btought our own setup and didn't want to pay the ridiculous prices.

A Hidden Gem

You get what you pay for with the room/space. It’s exactly what the pictures/description show. Not stocked with much. But the Resort amenities were well worth it. It was a perfect location, with access to both beaches. The pools were perfect. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Would rent again.

Too small for the price

We have stayed at Destin West on two different occasions. While we have loved it in the past this unit was much smaller than we expected. It says sleeps 4 but that 4 would be with zero privacy. My family of 3 felt cramped in this unit. The unit was clean, owner was very communicative with us and location was ok but the overall size and the fact that you could hear every car door that was shut, loud engine roaring down the strip and even loud conversations would make me choose other units over this one. Again this is nothing against the owner of the unit as they communicated with us very well and the unit was as described, clean and ready as stated. The complaints are simply with the size of the unit itself and our experience. If you are a couple this may not be a bad unit but to say this sleeps 4 is quite an overstatement.

Not a great experience....BEWARE!!!!

Wow... I have never given a bad review at a place i've stayed but it's needed here. The check in process was a nightmare. The directions allow for a 4pm check in. Showed up prior to that and was told we would be called with the code to the door.... That call never came. My wife waited hours and the property owners were no help. We finally received a call from the owners and still no resolution. We did get into the room after 7pm. Lets talk about the quality of the condo. Damaged walls, the floors were heavily soilded stained by the fridge. The bathroom and build up of dirt and grim in the corners. We will never stay here again. Also we have stayed at multiple properties at this resort. Go with the other options!!!! Be Aware!!

Have wonderful family with 2. The boys love the white sandy beaches and we have been coming often for weekend trips for few years and decided to get one at end of 2013.

Why they chose this property

On the beach with resort amenities, the boys love additional lazy River and pools. From balcony have partial View of Ocean, Bay and highway in 180 degree view.

What makes this property unique

Love the bridge to cross over to bay side over the roads. Walk-able to Fishing Pier, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center and restaurant across road and near pier.
