• The kitchen: The centrepiece is the massive kitchen island with two separate hobs. Thanks to the dual cooking stations and the large side-by-side freezer and refrigerator, several people can cook here completely independently of one another. A dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a fully automatic coffee machine are, of course, provided.
• The Living & Dining Area: The open-concept common area spans approximately 90 m². A highlight is the brand-new, massive 98-inch Samsung Smart TV for shared TV nights. Adjacent to it, additional sofas and armchairs invite you to relax.

Rental Terms:
• Rental Price: €270 per night (including 7% sales tax)
• Minimum stay: Bookable for 7 nights or more
• Cleaning fee: Calculated individually based on the length of stay.

House Rules
• No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire interior of the property. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the rooftop terrace (please use the ashtrays provided).
• Remove shoes: To protect the high-quality, renovated floors, we ask that you remove your outdoor shoes in the entryway.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• No Parties: The property is explicitly rented as housing for workers and a place to relax after work. Parties or external events are strictly prohibited.
• Careful Use: The high-quality electronics (98" and 55" smart TVs), the kitchen, and the Dyson vacuum cleaner must be treated with care. Any damage must be reported immediately.
• Waste Separation: Please separate your trash according to the instructions posted in the kitchen.
• Roof Terrace & Grill: The lockable gate to the roof terrace must be closed during storms or severe weather. The Weber gas grill must be cleaned after use, and the gas cylinder must be turned off.
• Wallboxes: Use of the 2 wallboxes is permitted only after prior arrangement/activation.
