Loft La Conca – Industrial Design, Charming Rural Getaway with Comfort

Welcome to Loft La Conca, a unique rural accommodation in the heart of the Prades mountains, close to the Costa Dorada—perfect for families, couples, and remote work.



Inspired by New York lofts, this 120 m² apartment features a spacious living-dining area filled with natural light and a modern, fully equipped kitchen so you feel right at home.



The mezzanine hosts the Poblet suite, a cozy space with a private bathroom and two single beds that can be joined to form a double. On the main floor, you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom and a second full bathroom with a shower.



There’s also a versatile second living room designed for remote work, reading, board games, yoga, or simply relaxing.



Enjoy a balcony—perfect for starting your day with coffee or unwinding in the calm evening breeze.



Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, fan, TV, washing machine, and dryer. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



Street parking is available. Please note: Mossèn Serret Street is a dead end and one-way. Events and smoking are not allowed inside the property.



Important: The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Stairs are required for access.



The apartment is close to the Poblet Monastery, Montblanc, and the Prades Mountains. A supermarket is just five minutes’ walk away, and in ten minutes you’ll find the municipal pool, prehistoric caves, and Museu Terra. Tarragona is 30 minutes away, and Barcelona about an hour by car.

This beautiful and spacious loft apartment has everything you could want and more! It is designed to provide comfort, style and interest through carefully considered furnishings, colour schemes and accommodation layout which is very clever to provide maximum space and relaxation. There are many nice homely touches provided by the hosts that make the experience extra enjoyable, and we were all very happy spending our holiday here! The town itself is quiet, friendly and very clean with great food, shops, characterful buildings, a rich history and museums, cave tour and wineries within easy walking distance. Thoroughly recommend and will return!

Pros: Hemos cerrado un viaje de 3 semanas por Francia e Italia pasando los dos últimos días en casa de Amadeu y Marta, y no ha podido ser un mejor final. La casa es una auténtica maravilla. Cada detalle y cada rincón están cuidados con mucho mimo. Es una de las mejores casas en las que nos hemos alojado, con diferencia. Marta y Susi han sido muy amables y atentas en todo momento, y también fueron flexibles con el horario de salida. El entorno es tranquilo, muy bonito y ofrece actividades muy interesantes que recomendamos, aunque merece la pena sólo el estar y descansar en la casa. Volveríamos sin duda. 100% recomendable.
