The living/dining area with a separate bedroom is located on the ground floor of this friendly, bright house. The rooms on the ground floor feature tile floors and underfloor heating. A microwave and an oven are available, as well as cable TV, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and the living room.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
A bicycle storage room and a parking space for a car are available.
Prices:
1 night: 80.00 € / night / 2 people
For stays of more than 1 night: 68.00 € / night / 2 people
Each additional person: 20.00 € / night
Dog: one-time fee of 15.00 € per stay.



On-site costs: Bed linens, kitchen linens, and towels are provided. Short stays of one night or more are possible. Bringing a dog is only allowed by prior arrangement.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 11:00 to 11:30.
