Enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, with a private exit from the basement to the Madritschen chairlift. A ski room with a lockable locker and heated boot rack lets you return straight from the slopes. In summer, bike and mountain bike rentals are available on site.



Outside, your private balcony offers a side view of the ski slope and a direct view toward Italy. Bikes can be stored on the balcony or in the underground garage.



A reserved underground parking space is included for your car; parking in front of the building or in other numbered garage spaces is not permitted. General parking is available at the resort entrance. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.



A tractor shuttle connects the entire alpine and ski area, with a stop right outside the building, operating in both summer and winter. Restaurants, bars, and après-ski venues are a 5–10 minute walk away. A swing attraction and a cheese dairy are nearby. Day passes for the wellness area of a nearby hotel are available for an extra fee.
