Located on the ground floor, they are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The former servants' quarters and stables of the von Lepel manor have been lovingly and warmly transformed into two inviting apartment buildings, combining modern amenities with the charm of bygone eras. The family-run apartments enjoy a sunny location just 1.5 km from the Achterwasser lagoon. Each apartment has Wi-Fi. From May to September, a sailboat can be rented on-site (for a fee). Enjoy peaceful evenings at the communal barbecue with a fire pit. Each apartment has its own terrace with a parasol and garden furniture. Sun loungers are available in the shared garden. You will find an open-plan living and dining area and one bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom boasts a modern ambiance and a walk-in shower. The sandy beach in Zinnowitz is also easily accessible, where you can cool off in the Baltic Sea on hot summer days.

A lovely day trip by bike is, for example, the circular route around the Gnitz peninsula – Zinnowitz – Trassenheide – Wolgast – Krummin – Gnitz peninsula, which is about 55 kilometers long. You'll cycle through the heart of Usedom, visit a beach, take a detour to the former residence of the Pomeranian dukes, and then cycle back through the tranquil hinterland of the Gnitz peninsula.
