As a guest, you’ll not only have access to your own holiday apartment with its own terrace, but also to the estate’s expansive lake terraces with sun loungers and several seating areas—ideal spots for relaxing, read, or enjoy the sunset over Lake Röblin.


The public lakeside path along Lake Röblin runs directly past the property, inviting you to take walks, go for a run, or go on bike rides. A public swimming area is about 100 metres away. In addition, there are numerous other lakes in the area with exceptionally clear water, perfect for a refreshing swim, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, or sailing.


The Berlin–Copenhagen long-distance bike trail and the Stechlin Running Park run directly past the Röblinsee terraces and offer ideal conditions for active holidaymakers. The royal seat of Neustrelitz, Rheinsberg Castle, and the “Fontane City” of Neuruppin are also easily accessible from here and are well worth visiting for varied day trips.


The holiday rental is comfortably furnished for two adults and, with a separate bedroom and a high-quality sleeper sofa, can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and free Wi-Fi.
