The charming “Haus am Kölpinsee” is nestled amid unspoiled nature right on the lakeshore, near the town of Waren (Müritz). Lovingly renovated in early 2020 and furnished to a high standard, this ground-floor apartment (approx. 70 m²) offers the highest level of comfort for up to 3 people. A bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area, provide flexible sleeping arrangements. Amenities include new kitchen appliances, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom. From the terrace, you can enjoy the stunning view of Lake Kölpinsee. The protected lakeside landscape and the adjacent forest are perfect for walks and bike rides. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed. In Waren (4 km), you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and a maritime atmosphere. Two electric vehicle charging stations are available at the house.
